Before You Book

Lesson Policy

Your preferred time is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking.
Lesson availability is confirmed after the coach, court time, and payment are arranged.
Unpaid lesson times are not reserved unless another arrangement is confirmed by Elevate Badminton.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 72 hours before the lesson time.
No-shows and late cancellations may lose their deposit or lesson payment.
Players should arrive ready to train and notify the coach as early as possible about schedule changes.
